Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Standard Catalog Products Cancellation

For standard catalog models (e.g., standard Manual Pallet Trucks, standard Hydraulic Stackers, standard Drum Trolleys, standard Electric Hoists):

• Orders can be cancelled at zero penalty prior to equipment dispatch from our Ahmedabad warehouse.
• If cancellation is requested after dispatch has commenced, return freight charges and transit insurance costs will be deducted from the advance amount.

2. Custom Manufactured Equipment Cancellation

For orders requiring custom structural engineering (e.g., custom Goods Lift heights, custom Scissor Lift Tables, specialized Hydraulic Floor Cranes):

• Cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of purchase order (PO) receipt before steel cutting and hydraulic fabrication begins.
• Once raw material processing and fabrication starts, cancellations will be subject to a nominal material recovery deduction based on fabrication stage.
